If anyone is seeing recorded steps stuck, or not increasing as they should on the device itself, we encourage you to email us at email@example.com for further diagnosis. Reported steps in the app won't necessarily always be updated to reflect the count on the device. Syncing data between the app and the device is done automatically when the app is running in the background of your phone. Data can be synced from the device to the app manually by double tapping the Striiv device with the app open.
