First make sure the Bio2 is plugged into a tested cord and source (wall outlet/computer USB port etc.) - testing the cord and source is as simple as plugging the cord into an Android device or any device that utilizes a micro USB cord for charging (portable speakers, ereaders etc.). If your cord doesn’t work then let us know at customercare@striiv.com 

 

If the Bio 2 turns on when plugged in and displays striiv.com/start and battery %, this signals that it needs to be paired with the app through the process outlined here.
